Siding we install and repair
Every house and budget is different. We'll help you choose the material that fits the style of your home, the exposure of each wall and how much maintenance you want.
Vinyl siding
Affordable, low-maintenance and available in dozens of colors and profiles, including insulated vinyl for better comfort and a straighter wall.
Fiber cement siding
Heavy, durable and fire-resistant boards such as James Hardie — the look of painted wood without the rot.
Engineered wood siding
Products such as LP SmartSide: real wood texture, lighter than fiber cement and treated to resist moisture and insects.
Cedar & shingle siding
Classic New England shingles and shakes for colonials, capes and historic homes, installed and detailed by hand.
Trim, soffit & fascia
PVC, aluminum-wrapped or fiber cement trim, vented soffits and new fascia boards ready for gutters.
Siding repair
Storm, wind and impact damage fixed, individual boards replaced and materials matched as closely as possible.
The prep work that makes siding last
Siding is only the visible layer. What protects your walls is what goes on before it — and that's where we don't cut corners.
We remove the old material down to the sheathing, replace anything soft or rotted, wrap the house, flash every window and door, and only then install the new siding and trim.
- Full tear-offOld siding removed so we can see and fix what's underneath.
- Sheathing & rot repairDamaged boards replaced before anything new goes on.
- Weather-resistant barrierHouse wrap lapped and taped to shed water, not trap it.
- Window & door flashingThe most common leak points sealed and flashed correctly.
- Clean trim & cornersStraight lines and tight joints for a finished look.

Siding questions, answered
How long does a siding replacement take?
Most single-family homes take 3 to 7 working days depending on size, material and how much repair is found under the old siding. We give you the schedule in the written quote.
Vinyl or fiber cement — which is better?
Vinyl is the most affordable and low-maintenance option and comes in insulated versions. Fiber cement costs more but is heavier, fire-resistant and holds paint for many years. We'll walk you through both at the estimate with real samples.
Can you install new siding over the old siding?
We don't recommend it. Removing the old siding lets us inspect and repair the sheathing, fix rot and install a proper weather barrier — the parts that actually protect your house.
Do you repair siding or only replace it?
Both. We repair storm and impact damage, replace individual boards and match existing materials whenever they are still available.
Do you replace trim, soffit and fascia too?
Yes. Trim, soffit and fascia are part of every siding job we quote, and we can wrap them in aluminum or install PVC or fiber cement trim for a low-maintenance finish.
Can you install gutters at the same time?
Yes — it's our other specialty. Doing both together means the fascia and drip edge are set up correctly for the new gutters.
